look for two kids

Looking for Tekela Sharda' Renee' Jenkins or Hammond and Ira JavierJenkins or Hammond. Last name might have been change from Jenkins to Hammond. I am not sure. This are my kids and I just want them to come home to me. Someone kidcap them when they was only ten and seven years old and I have been looking for them for sixteen years please help me find them please.
