I have an aunt and two cousins: Barbara Cowan, Vernon Jay Cowan and John Wayne Cowan. I haven't seen or spoken to them in years and have been trying to find them with no success. I have used conventional internet searches (the free kind). How can I get their names out into internet communities? I am new to forums and I have never gone on a chat site. Any suggestions? Thanks.
